friendly staff helpful organizer clean room
i found the staff very friendly. ileana from the entertainment team was especially helpful she organized a great night out. the rooms were always clean and smelled nice after service.

good entertainment dedicated team captivating show friendly staff
the entertainment shows were captivating like the fakir show and music quiz i participated in the beach party and lava party which were great opportunities to have fun chloe and madison from the entertainment team are very dedicated they work hard and put their all into their jobs the animation team is friendly and bubbly and their shows are so original. the staff are kind and attentive.
i noticed that the music around the main pool was loud at times i would have preferred some more low-key music to relax by the pool i did like all the animation team did though

the hotel offers taxis for convenient travel into town taxis are easy to get and cost about five pounds taxis offer quick access to attractions outside the resort area.

the food selection in the buffet was excellent with plenty of choices the buffet included options for both meat eaters and vegetarians an espresso martini from the bar was really good the staff at betty's snack bar offer tasty snacks and excellent service.

every room is spacious and well-themed in a cave style each room has two double beds and plenty of space the rooms have a balcony with a good view due to the resort's layout the creations by the cleaners with the towels on the bed were original.

there are two pools one for parties and one quiet the pools are great at different times of the day to match one's mood the hotel provides a spa and a small gym these facilities help with relaxation.

efficient staff beach bar excellent food
the staff was efficient and happy to assist. nady at the beach bar and ahmed, the sunbed guy, took great care of us. i appreciated the well-themed rooms it was a fun experience. the buffet food was excellent with much variety.
